  Do Not Move to Miramonte and Trovas. First, they will Bait-and-Switch the Contract on you while you are in the moving process! Notice Compact Parking Spaces - Serious Damage to my Vehicle Every Month. You cannot open your Car Door Safely! Notice Filthy Walkways and Stairways with Huge Black Widows! Inside Building: Continuous Second-Hand Smoke Infiltration - from other Apartments (Reeks). Notice Miramonte and Trovas is a Low-Income Government Housing with Ants, Cockroaches, Mice and Rats. These people don’t take out their trash. There are cockroaches in my cloth washing machine. There are rats in the walls and large rat droppings in the kitchen. Notice kitchen Sink is only 4 Inches Deep. There is no room to cook or do dishes, water slashes out of the sink all over the floor. Notice Counter is 2-1/2 foot by 2-1/2 foot and two Very Small Kitchen Cabinets. Unbelievable, 25-year-old apartment complex with only 714 sq ft for over $2000.00 a month.

  We scheduled a tour at this apartment complex and when we arrived there was nobody to take us on a tour and there was no one we could talk to in the leasing office. We tried to call but it was answered by an “AI Leasing Agent” who couldn’t answer any questions. When we looked at the messages to schedule this tour we realized we had been talking to AI the entire time and at no point had a real person been involved. It is difficult to reach out to a real person here.

  The apartment staff has been absolutely great here to my Aunt & Uncle. The office never bothers them. If they need something, they're quick to respond. They even respond if I have questions or need anything for my aunt. The pools are always clean every time I've been there. However, the downfall in my opinion is just the lack of parking. I've been there quite a few times and I couldn't find parking at all. I had to park outside the complex.

  If you want your car(s) dinged up, tires and wheels stolen in a gated community that has a broken front gate 90% of the year until they have multiple cases of multiple car’s tires and wheels stolen and finally decides to fix their front gates, have terrible neighbors who don’t care about your reserved parking spot, terrible neighbors who are always stomping and jumping on the floor upstairs dispute how many times you’ve reported it to the front office, wait months on end for maintenance requests to be completed with the new management staffing to only have to go in person to demand for maintenance, almost nonexistent security patrol that comes into the apartment complex to park their car in front of the gym build underneath the front gate camera and just do nothing, then this is your place. Oh and the new people who bring other people over to do burnouts on the property at 3 AM. They’ll claim to look into the matter but give no support or information on the matters you brought up to them. Then they’re going to come here and claim thanks for the review, apologize, and then promise to deliver “improvements”.

  I’ve lived her for over 6 years, through several property managements. My only complaint is that management is impossible to get a hold of. Zero responsiveness unless you physically go into the office. However, Deandre is an absolute gem! So helpful, and goes above and beyond. Esmie, in maintenance is wonderful and fixes issues promptly. All of the maintenance crew is wonderful! Aside from superficial issues, like pressure washing needed more often, lack of parking.. etc. More office staff would alleviate the unresponsiveness in the leasing office.
