  I’ve now worked with Michael on two home acquisitions, and what stands out most to me is that he 💯% shows up for all of the countless parts of home buying that matter most to you. On my first solo home purchase, I’d already found the property and built a light relationship with the sellers — but once Michael was in the picture, he flawlessly handled the contract, negotiations, inspections and funding side of things… all with the depth of experience you absolutely want backing you up on such a significant endeavor. On my recent purchase of a second property, he was entirely generous with advice… even though he wasn’t the agent of record. He ensured that I ended up protected, not just “technically advised.” That’s the kind of realtor I want in my corner: someone who’s been doing this long enough to know when to help a buyer (or seller) course-correct or to forge ahead, and who does so without ego.
