  Being a MK resident for the past year and a half has been a great experience. I absolutely love the layout style of our home and the landscaping around the community when I'm leaving and arriving for work. I appreciate the regular maintenance visits in our unit as well, it's nice knowing there is definite effort in keeping things running smoothly. Getting to work with Toni and Glenn for the past two years has been a great experience. I appreciate their professionalism, and how responsive and extremely proactive they are. Their maintenance team, Matt and Steven, are also prompt with requests and very respectful. Leasing with MK has been extremely stress-free and we appreciate it very much.

  Showed up for a scheduled tour appointment at 2 PM on August 1st, 2026. They did not even show up within 15 minutes of my tour appointment so I had to leave for my next one. Very concerning to see that they can’t even keep appointment times. Makes me wonder about how they manage everything else!

  I absolutely love my apartment. The complex is great as well. Everyone is very friendly and the complex itself is for the most part well maintained.
