  No one came to the apartment tour even though i confirmed my arrival date and time???

  I set up an appointment for a viewing through their AI agent and arrived on time for the tour. I spent the next 40 minutes searching for property management, calling the various phone numbers this complex has listed, trying the call box in front of some of their buildings, and even resorting to asking residents and employees for assistance in finding the leasing office. What I discovered was that the phone numbers all led back to the same AI agent who was incapable of giving me a straight answer, and would hang up every time I asked it to connect me to a staff member. The call box appeared to be broken. Even when employees attempted to reach out to property management, their calls would be sent to voicemail. I never even received a follow-up email/text asking if I was going to be able to make it to the viewing. If this wasn't enough, I later sent management a text and an email voicing my disappointment. Their allegedly human response was "Thank you for touring our property! Please let me know if you have any questions." If I didn't know better, I'd think they're purposefully trying to upset people. I'm shocked at the number of positive reviews regarding this property, and can only assume that quality has gone down over time. If this is the treatment that genuinely interested applicants receive these days, I can only imagine how current tenants are treated.

  First off Sheila was extremely attentive and helpful during the whole process. From the beginning she made sure to schedule as soon as she could with Mark to do the showing. He was friendly and showed the available units and didn't rush me through and allowed me to take my time checking everything out. Next Sheila was on top of it with her attention to detail and getting back to me extremely efficiently. Sheila & Mark allowed me to have peace of mind during a quick moving process which I was grateful for. The buildings are well taken care of and there is a cleaning crew that comes in and makes everything look brand new in the common areas which is nice compared to some other places with stinky dirty old mail rooms and gross bike storage. All in all would recommend

  Excellent staff and management. Great communication. This has been the best renter experience I have had thus far!
