  Jesse really made us feel at home when giving us a tour. He showed us different amenities and sites around the community helping us make a decision about moving in. We really appreciate his time and look forward to working with him in the future

  Jessie is a gift sent from the heavens, seriously. Since Jessie has been here, work orders are completed in a timely manner. Rules are being enforced, and Jessie has been a delight to work with. Thank you for all that you do.

  Jessie has been the best property manager since I’ve been here & I have been here for a while. He attentive. Knowledgeable. & is willing to assist in any means necessary. A great asset to the property & since his take over he had brought so much value to the site & made significant onsite repairs. Thanks Jessie!

  La Provence is a great location. New apartments are really great. Management is alright. I lived there for a year and Ms. Shawanda was great then management got changed. My friends still live there and currently they have been facing lot of issues in getting response from management. They took more than 6 months to make changes in their lease and currently they are still following up on other stuff. I wish it gets better because I loved this location, it's home for sac state students.
