  As a moving company, we’ve completed many moves at Kensington Park Apartments over the years, and it’s always been a positive experience. The property is well maintained, the grounds are clean, and the management has consistently been professional and accommodating when coordinating move-ins and move-outs. Easy access and a well-organized community make the moving process much smoother for both residents and our crews. We always enjoy working here and appreciate the great experience.

  Reserve parking should be free uncovered parking should be free. but here in this complex the owner or manager rent uncovered parking. 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

  Get everything in writing before applying here. My group was told we were conditionally approved and that all we needed was a guarantor because of our credit. We got one, with an 808 credit score…..and were still denied. Then the story changed to, “It was your credit.” If that was always the case, why tell us we were conditionally approved and have us waste everyone’s time finding a guarantor? The process felt misleading, unprofessional, and like a way to collect application fees. I don’t mind being denied….I mind being told one thing, doing exactly what was asked, and then getting a completely different answer. Look elsewhere, or at the very least, get every promise in writing. Also…. I am now reading all of these 1 star reviews and now everything makes even more sense about how they conduct business.
