  I've sold a few homes already and Jim is by far the best realtor I've worked with. He helped to prepare my home for a smooth sales process by getting pre-sale inspections so potential issues can be addressed before the house gets listed on the market, makes recommendations on repairs, touch up paintings, upgrades, cleaning, staging, etc. He took care of all the work so I can just focus on my move.
