  I'm going on my Second Month here at Howe Apartments and it is a very nice community. Management show respect to all tenants and the complex and the studio that I'm renting is well up kept.

  I have lived here for a year now and me and my little family love it. The property is quiet and well taken care of. My unit was remodeled before I moved in and have not had any issues. The Property Manager they have has done a wonderful job with turning the place around. I’ve read a few of the recent reviews on here and I have to say they are either talking about another property or do not live here because this complex has been full since I moved here last March. I am very thankful to have found a nice place to call home and a Property Manager that takes pride in the Complex and it shows. If you’re looking for a place that is nice quiet and has friendly staff I would definitely suggest Howe Apartments.

  I leased there for a whole year. My vanity sink was broken when I moved in and the manager was like oh I took the pictures already so don’t worry about it. You won’t get charged for that when u move so I didn’t took any pics. I regret that today when they are making me pay for that vanity sink that was broken when I moved in. It’s so ridiculous. Please don’t come here and if u have no other option pls pls take pictures before u move in because they care about their money only !!!!!!
