  I'm surprised no one has mentioned the roach infestation from 2 years ago, when I lived there...Multiple buildings, not just my unit/building. They were still renting out units with full knowledge of the situation, maybe with no disclosure to the new tenants. I mean would you move into a "luxury townhome" knowing there was an on going pest infestation???...and I'm not talking about ants or spiders here, but disease carrying roaches. I took my family out of there! And yes they tried to send me to collections because they didn't communicate with there HQ office, properly. Before I broke my lease with them, I tried to resolve the issue and thought perhaps they could fumagate the entire building or put us/tenants in another building...I think the manager I spoke with, who I think quit recently, even laughed at me for trying to negotiate some sort of recourse.... Yes, I was protecting my family and felt very concerned about the health hazards associated with cock roaches, and for that I was treated as if cock roaches are just a normal thing in Sacramento and I should get over it. I have lived in Sacramento for over 35 years and I have never in my life lived with cock roaches. Complete negligence and stupidity on management's part!

  VERY clean, plenty of activities for residents to stay engaged in, and they even offer a Borrow-A-Bike service for residents!

  I had a Terrible experience here , over charged for everything, nothing but problems with the community, I would steer clear of this place. I honestly wish I was the owner because they are takers here forsure and I know profits are extremely high. Charged us for new carpets when I cleaned the whole place really well. I also did a final walk through and they told me the couple small nail holes and small scuffs on the wall would be basic touch up paint jobs. $687.00 for touch up paint. I'm serious, do not rent here!!! Go buy a home you could get a big beautiful one for the same price you will pay here

  I just moved to Homecoming at Creekside in Natomas, CA. I love my new townhome and all of the amenities offered at Homecoming. It is like living at a resort year round. The leasing office staff is awesome. Amanda and Danielle made moving in go smoothly. They answered all of my questions. Is always there when I need them and very friendly and kind. The rest of the staff is awesome as well. I know that I am going to love living here. Here's to a new leaf on life. Review for Dominic: I was hesitating about moving to Sacramento, but when I discovered all of the amenities that Homecoming at Creekside has to offer, my hesitation diminished. I like everything that Homecoming at Creekside has to offer. I love my new home and look forward to using all of the amenities. Review for Semaj: When my mom told me about the Movie Theater, players club, free bike rental, game room, business center, year round heated pool, etc., I was like yeah right mom. When I took the tour of Homecoming at Creekside and saw that my mom was right, I feel in love and new that I wanted to make this my new home.

  I have lived at Homecoming for a year and a half and have loved it. The grounds are always clean, the staff and maintenance are friendly, always saying hi when passing by. If there is anything that needs attention in the apartment itself it is always taken care of very promptly. Tons of activities, great gym, close to parks, very nice place to live
