  First, David was courteous, professional, and fixed the problem quickly and, it appears, completely. In future, it would be ideal if: (1) we knew approximately how many days/weeks the wait would be, and (2) were notified a bit beforehand that the maintenance person was going to arrive on a given day. Those are small things, and perhaps not possible, I realize.

  Objectively it's an ok property in a decent (if not sorta loud) location, but it's really starting to show its age. Close by, there are several newer apartment options around the same price point with amenities that blow Fremont Mews away. For the rent charged, my unit should have many newer updates including: full-size W/D and better than low-budget kitchen appliances and countertops. The interior trim, window casings, baseboards, etc... are in serious need of refinishing and new stain. Also, be advised that there are significant monthly add-on fees for: water, water heating, trash valet and city sewer service. Take the rent offer and add an additional 5-7% to your actual costs. The sole elevator in Building B was out-of-service multiple times/days in late 2023 and early 2024. The response from the service contractor and FPI was sometimes non-existent and at best often slow. In fact, the elevator was out in one instance for nearly a week. Yup.
