  hands down the WORST property ive ever lived at. it was honestly 2 years of garbage. The management in the office is rude, helpless and condescending. contractors nearly killed my cats by locking them in a room without food or water while I was away for the weekend and when I brought it up to management they did nothing and didn't care even. the property is always filthy and covered in duck/goose poop. ive personally had my card egged by the kids of an employee and management tried to cover it up. ive gone through 4 tires because management allows people to work on their vehicles in the parking lot (even though it breaks the lease). The unit was given to me absolutely filthy. honestly steer clear of this place at all costs, ive never felt this compelled to leave feedback on a property ive lived at.

  Laila was incredibly helpful throughout the entire application process. She was supportive, patient, and made our search for a new home so much easier.   The building smells like smoke a lot of the times. Really need to do a better job of reprimanding tenants that smoke in their apartments.

  The place itself is nice, but I believe the fitness center should be open longer and also the bills for each apartment should be charged what they used. Not based on the building used

  The office workers never take anything seriously and they laughed at my roommates and I situation of not finding another place to live before the moving date. Also they CLEARLY CANNOT read an email correctly, very unprofessional. As well as parking over is TERRIBLE to get guaranteed parking it’s another $75 on top of RENT. And there’s always ducks and geese shit on the walkway throughout the complex, VERY UNCLEAN
