This is a great community. Ms Laila made it very easy and convenient for us from inquiry upto the movein date. It was a smooth like butter transaction. Ms. Laila is very knowledgable and always ready help whenever you needed. Kudos!

My spouse and I were hoping to maybe rent here. The property looks nice, however we never saw the inside of the apartments so I can’t really speak to that. If the way they manage the appointments for viewing is the same way they manage the rental then I would stay far away from this place. We had an appointment for a viewing. We called in early in the day to confirm said appointment, when we arrived after a 40 minute drive we were greeted by closed offices, as they had closed early and failed to notify us. The next day after some back and forth, we had another appointment scheduled, after another 40 minute drive, we arrived at the office only to be informed that the apartment we are looking to rent is unavailable (office lady mentioned this happened 2 days ago, so no it wasn’t just bad timing). Two appointments, no viewing, and this is for prospective clients… really not sure how residents are taken care of.

My experience with Laila was exceptional, she noticed the stress but made my transition less stressful. She very quick and easy to work with.

Just had an apartment tour with Laila and she was amazing. Super kind, showed me all the amenities, and was just a genuinely good person. I didn’t end up applying, but that was no reflection on her or the tour, everything was great! Thank you Laila!

HONEST REVIEW straight to the point: I lived here for two years. It was decent at first, and I renewed my lease after a year because I hate moving. The complex has gone downhill in the past year. The area has become unsafe, and the people have gotten worse. Not sure if they started accepting low-income vouchers or section 8 but it sure seems like it now. The bad: Unsafe- Apartment break ins and car break ins. Management does not do anything to keep residents safe. I sent footage of the break in and their response is I will let security know. But there is no real security, just a camera in the parking lot. Teenagers!- hundreds of teens that occupy the pool, party and fight. None of them live in the complex they hope the gate and let their friends in. Move out- They charge ridiculous charges upon move out. They provide you with move out instructions, tell you to clean and that you can hire your own carpet cleaning company but they charge you a cleaning fee and carpet cleaning fee regardless. They attempt to make a profit from your move out by charging you unreasonable fees. Bugs- There are so many pantry bugs. You have to make sure you secure all your food tightly. Termites! They have treated for termites! The patios and walkways are caving in! The good: Walking distance to Cal Expo if you participate in the events there. Maintenance usually fulfills requests within 48-72 hours. Close to shops and restaurants. Overall I regretted moving here. For the price I paid I should have at least felt safe in my home but did not. My neighbor constantly had police knocking at their door and down the hall the couple kept fighting. The homeless presence continues to increase and staff provides cliche responses instead of assistance. YELP HAS ACCURATE REVIEWS
