  Completely wasted our time. Made appointment to come see and they were closed. Why would you allow us to schedule appointment online if you’re going to be closed? Drove over an hour for nothing.

  Kovu in the office was so cheerful, informative, kind, and accommodating. She let me view the apartment several times to ensure I was going to be happy to call the Falls at Arden, my new home. She was very knowledgeable about what I needed for all parts of the application. She made the application process as streamline and easy as possible. She also kept in touch throughout my process in finding my new home, and made herself easily available to answer any questions I might have along the way. She made my experience at the Falls at Arden into a positive first experience. Excited for this new chapter.

  First and foremost, I want to give a huge thank you to the entire team at The Falls at Arden. From the office staff to the maintenance team, for their endless hard work & dedication. Keeping a community running smoothly is no easy task, and their efforts, both seen and unseen, truly do not go unnoticed. I understand that every resident will have their own experience, whether positive or negative, but I genuinely believe The Falls at Arden is worth giving a chance. Apartment living is never going to be perfect, no matter where you go that’s just the reality of it. What really matters is having a team that cares, listens, and works to make things right. The team has always treated residents with respect, professionalism, & genuine concern,while actively working to address known issues and improve the community whenever possible, in all ways possible. One of the biggest highlights of living here is the value. For the price you're getting a lot more than many other communities in the area offer. The apartments feature in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, refinished countertops, and updated cabinetry, giving the homes a modern and updated feel without the luxury price tag. You truly get a great bang for your buck here! I've enjoyed my time at The Falls and appreciate the effort that goes into making it a place I can call home. If you're currently apartment hunting or know someone who is, I highly encourage you to see the community for yourself and form your own opinion by experiencing the community first hand. The Falls at Arden is definitely worth considering, and you may be pleasantly surprised by everything it has to offer!😊

  As a first time vendor at a property, it can be a little tricky. However, Agnes was very knowledgeable and professional. She was very helpful with providing us information to be able to fix the issue at hand. Thank you Agnes. It was a pleasure working with you. And we look forward to working with you in the future.
