  It's been a pleasure working with Rochelle, Anthony and MaLinda. Moving can be very stressful, especially when you many things going on at once during that time period. The staff here was very patient with me and very helpful. They have everything streamlined and the approval process is seamless. I highly recommend this apartment complex and any other Warrens Properties. I look forward to a nice long stay.

  I wanted to share my experience with Fair Oaks Apts. I lived here many years ago and then relocated to Texas. Recently relocated back to Sacramento. I was so thankful to be able to come back to Fair Oaks. Rochelle, Melinda, and Anthony and all the staff are amazing. Their kindness and patience is amazing. Never once have any of my maintenance requests gone unanswered.

  I've been living here one month. Fast and friendly service!!! I feel safe. It's quiet. The pools are very clean. Great dog 'park'. No excess trash or debris anywhere. Great place.

  The Staff at Fair Oaks Apartments are Amazing!!! I received phenomenal support from day 1 starting with the application process. I am an outdoors/nature person, so I significantly enjoy the nature scenery throughout the complex. I was extremely happy when I realized there is a secured gym and pool on site for your R&R. Overall, I highly recommend Fair Oaks Apartments! Ayanna M.

  I lived here from 2020-2025 then had to move out for a year. I moved back in during the summer of 2026. This will be the only apartment complex I will live in Sacramento. It is located in a wonderful location with such a great staff team behind it as well. They are extremely quick to move people in if it is needed and all amenities operate very well. The maintenance team are quick to fix anything. If a person makes a call or complaint, they will be in your apartment within 24 hours, with your verbal consent of course. The fitness center is wonderful and both pools as well. Like I said, I could not live anywhere else. This is home.
