  I have lived here since this complex was called Tally Ho Village. They are amazing here. Management is always ready and accessible, and there is even a night manager in case of emergencies. The apartments are clean when you move in and are kept in good condition. Any and all complaints are heard and taken seriously. Maintenance is always on top of any repairs you may need done to your apartment. Rent is affordable and amenities are well worth it. 2 Pools, 2 hot tubs, amazing weight room, in unit washer/dryer. These apartments are amazing and i would highly recommend them!

  I've lived at Evergreen Park for about 1 year now and have loved every minute. I attend Sacramento State which is only a 10 minute drive or so to campus. This place is perfect for students like me because its close to campus and the many restaurants/grocery stores as well. When you need time to relax between studying, there's multiple swimming pools and also BBQ grills that I invite my friends over to. There is also a Washer/Dryer in unit which makes it more convenient to do laundry. There have been occasions where we needed some maintenance done, however it was resolved within a few hours of reporting it to the front office. Speaking of front office, they are all really nice to work with and are open to answering any questions+helping with any issues. I order a lot of stuff from Amazon so it's nice their mailboxes have spaces for packages as well as a maintenance person to check for you as well. The only small thing that gets a bit annoying is that they do yard work a lot, though I sleep in quite late so if you are up early enough it shouldn't bother you at all!

  I've live here for a little over a year now and I must say, the apartments are really nice. Each staff member will go up and over to make sure they fixed and informed you of everything that's been taken care of. If's very quiet and I haven't had any bad experiences since living here. I would most definitely refer someone to live in these apartments. **the onsite gym is also a plus** :)

  I enjoy living here. All of the staff is polite and professtional. The maintenence is always prompt to repair issues. If you are ok with a small kitchen and not a lot of storage space, these apartments are great. I love having my in-unit washer and dryer and there were new appliances and carpets when we moved in. I would recommend this apartment complex.
