- DYDesy Sry YaniOct 1, 20265.0I am so glad my sister talked me into taking a tour here. I wanted a two-bedroom but was worried about the cost of upgraded units in this area. They gave me a fair rate and the apartment is absolutely gorgeous! The raised panel cabinets hold all my kitchen stuff with room to spare. I also really appreciate the covered parking now that it's getting hot outside. I am definitely renewing my lease next year.
- SKSateesh KalapalaSep 26, 20265.0This is easily the nicest apartment I have rented in Sacramento. I was getting so tired of looking at places with ancient, dirty appliances. Ethan Terrace actually put real granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances in these remodeled units! It makes cooking dinner so much more fun. The location is also fantastic since I can just walk over to Arden Mall if I need something. You should definitely check them out if you need a fresh start.

I have been treated with professionalism and respect always. The Maintenance here is beyond prompt and Marco, although extremely busy, is always courteous and will fix any problems big or small. December I plan on renewing my lease.

It definitely was a hot mess when I first moved in but the new manager and management staff and maintenance have really stepped up and cleaned up everything and improvements have been made in a short time. 1000% better. The problem, bad and dirty tenants are gone. Cleaned up the bug problem. Fixes everything quick and promptly. Everything is peaceful at night how it should be. Everything has definitely improved in the time I've been here. I would and I have recommended these apartments to family and friends.

The leasing office was really welcoming and made the whole paperwork process a breeze. Walking into our new one bedroom on move in day was the best feeling ever. The faux wood floors are stunning and the whole place just felt so fresh and clean. We've been using the pool almost every weekend!
