  When I pulled up to the apartment to check the apartment to see if I liked it out, this one tenant had three cars blocking everything so that I could not even pull in all of the tenants in this area are saying that she thinks she runs the property, and that she and the zesty manager are friends and she is nosy she comes and asks questions about whether you are moving in like it’s her concern🤦🏽 just a heads up if you pick 2321 stay away from seven and eight don’t know which one it is, but I know it’s downstairs in the back💯

  The good is the apartments are a great size and include central air and washers and dryers. You also get a parking garage for free of charge. Maintenance is pretty quick also. The bad is the area the apartments are located in. Lots of homeless. No real security. My unit was broken twice here. I lived on the first floor with a double patio. I would not recommend and first floor units here.

  These apartments are very nice size and layout with everything you need like washer and dryer and your own parking garage. Maintenance is also very quick to fix any thing. My only complaint is the neighbor hood these apartments are in is very bad. My unit downstairs was broken into twice. I wouldn’t recommend any downstairs units because they have two patios one where anyone can just walk up to your patio sliding door. Not very safe and they have no cameras. So basically if you move in a downstairs unit make sure you put up cameras and an alarm system in your unit because break ins are common in this area. Other than that it’s a cool place to live.

  We came to tour these apartments with a scheduled appointment, but when we arrived, there was nowhere to park. The parking (which is supposed to be for future residents) was fully occupied by tenants. I went to the office to ask where to park, and they told me to look around the property. We drove around—everything was full. I went back to the office and was told to park on the street and walk. Why should I walk 600 feet if there is parking for residents? This is not my problem—it should be managed by them. The employee showed no interest in solving the issue. I said this was not acceptable, but she didn’t care at all. I’ve never seen such indifference. We left. She said goodbye with a smile, as if she was relieved she didn’t have to show us the apartments.

  Interior: Love my unit - the wood-burning fireplace is a cozy touch, and having washer/dryer in-unit is super convenient. The place has character, built in the 80s but well-maintained. Amenities: Great pool, dog park, and garage with my unit. Love the large trees that surround the grounds! Mgmt and Community: Management's super responsive - maintenance requests get handled within a day. They also host fun tenant events during holidays. Location's a win too: basic shopping, market, and banking are within walking distance. Plus, it's a short drive to a nice local park and library. Commute to downtown's under 15 minutes with no freeway - perfect for me!"
