  Excellent Apartment Manager Miss Alice is a wonderful apartment manager—professional, friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. She communicates clearly, listens to residents, and does her best to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. We truly appreciate her hard work, kindness, and dedication. She is a great manager and a valuable part of our apartment community!

  My name is Treyton, my family and I have lived here for over 3 years. We have always loved living here but the last 6 months have been the best and definitely worth complimenting! We have seen improvements after improvements and I wanted to make sure Alice did not think her efforts are unnoticed. We appreciate everything she is doing to make our home beautiful and better! I was using our laundry facilities this morning and realized I was really enjoying the cute, clean space when I decided to write this. Our family just wanted to say thank you Alice and keep up the excellent work!

  Jorge did an outstanding job! He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right. His attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. I truly appreciate his excellent service and would highly recommend Jorge to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality work. I also want to recognize that Jorge appears to be handling maintenance for the entire apartment complex largely on his own. That’s a tremendous amount of responsibility for one person. Management should consider hiring additional maintenance staff to help him so repairs can be completed even more quickly. Jorge is doing an exceptional job, but no one person should be expected to carry such a heavy workload alone. Thank you, Jorge, for all your hard work!

  Both Alice (manager) and Jorge (maintenance) are amazing. They both are on top of things when I have issues and bring it to their attention. I appreciate the updates they provide when work needs to be done in my unit. Thanks guys! You are highly appreciated! Maria Apt 63

  I visited the leasing office today to see if they had a 3 bedroom apartment available. Community manager Alice Baker, she is pretty nice and helpful. I mean the way she interacted with me seemed really professional.
