Clarendon House was incredible. I lived here for a year and this was the best property management I’ve ever worked with. Christina is cordial and highly responsive to tenants. Plus, I never had any of my mail stolen here, which is a rarity these days lol. Would recommend Clarendon House!

Christina has been such a delight to work with, from the day we moved in through the two years we’ve been here.

Community Manager: Christina George from “Clarendon House” gave me a tour of their historic building/apartments. Christina is a delightful, kind, professional and very well informed manager. She has a community mindset and I could tell she cares deeply about her tenants. This historic building and apartments are breathtaking, so much history, well preserved, upgraded and in the heart of old sac. Thank you so much for your time Christina.

Another hot, crazy week, it started with being too hot in the laundry room. Christina came to our rescue with a large fan then I arrived back in my apartment and I noticed that my A/C was not working. Christina had Trevor deliver a temporary A/C unit. The next morning I did not hear the A/C repairman's knock on my door so I missed him. Since Christina works at another property on Tuesdays I left a message with the phone service. She responded in 2 minutes and was able to square away my problem. I don't know how she could work at two properties at a time. But there you have it she's definitely my Wonder woman!! My grateful thanks to you Christina. you have never failed me Toni LaMaritate
My partner and I just took a tour with Christina at Clarendon House and it was absolutely fantastic! Her openness, honesty, and transparency about things such as current building updates, common scenarios, etc etc was so refreshing. She was really easy to talk to and engage with! That plus how well the apartments and residents are both taken care of, sold us! What a quaint, peaceful little nook in the corner of Old Sac!
