  I had a great experience touring Clarendon House. Christina, the property manager, was wonderful, helpful, and very professional throughout the process. The property is super clean, well kept, and has a really nice feel to it. I especially loved the center courtyard area with the water fountain. It gives the complex a peaceful and unique charm. Overall, beautiful property and great management.

  I have been at Clarendon House for 7 years and I love it! Even more, Christina is the best apartment Manager we have had at the property in my time here. I call “on-call”, or go to the office and she has the problem taken care of within a day or two! I even went out of town for a week with leaks in my roof and she went up and changed the buckets 2x a day while I was gone. Christina is the best! I also love everything she has done for the overall community of the Clarendon House.

  Christina is amazing! She showed us several units that were available and offered ability to choose finishings on a newly renovated space. Full of ideas and information! 1000 percent!!!
