  I had a wonderful experience with my landlord, Melba! She made the entire approval and move-in process so easy and stress-free. She was helpful, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently she handled everything and how welcoming she was throughout the process. I’m very happy with my apartment and grateful to have had such a great experience. I would definitely recommend Melba to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free rental experience

  Residents have to park on the street outside of the gates if they have a second car, and cannot use the visitors spots. It gets active out there especially at night. The rules don't seem to apply to everyone though, because I see the same cars in the visitors spots for days on end.

  Melba was wondwrful. Had a great experience visiting the Castle Hill apartment Homes. Look forward to becoming a resident. Meeting Melba was such a pleasure.
