  DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Rachel is only friendly at time of tour. If you have any questions after you’ve filled out your application and paid your deposit - FORGET IT After I applied she was pretty much non existent. Took 3 weeks to get back to me just to send me an email that my application was denied without reason. Called Rachel to discuss , left several messages and still til this day haven’t heard back and haven’t received my $100 holding deposit either. Note: Units are small & the bedrooms look like prison cells ( brick walls) , heavy crime area, homeless camp in back of complex.

  If you are looking for a nice, clean, and friendly environment to move to, I highly recommend 2801 Manlove Rd. I've already posted how well the apartments and grounds are maintained but I must relay Tina and Curtis's caring nature. There are many single seniors (including one of my neighbors) living here and Tina and Curtis both regularly check on these retirees and ask me and others about their welfare to ensure that they are doing well. Although I'm a young 55.. lol, I feel so blessed, lucky, and happy that if I was alone or felt alone, the people that manage my residence, not only do an excellent job at maintaining the property, they actually care about the residents. Shout out to both of these good people🙂.

  My family and I been with California center for a while now and I have to say its a quiet and friendly complex. The office staff here has been wonderful and is always help to my family and I.
