  Micayla was absolutely wonderful during our apartment tour. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. What stood out the most was how detailed and knowledgeable she was, she took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the property, amenities, floor plans, and leasing process without ever making us feel rushed. She answered every question with patience and made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place and making sure they feel informed throughout the process and community. Micayla’s positive attitude and attention to detail truly made a lasting impression that I won’t forget!

  The office staff is very helpful and professional. They are quick to answer any questions. We had an easy move in! We love the area and the trees around the complex. Lots of food and shopping near by!

  Looked at apartments over 10 weeks ago and was approved. They changed the price of the apartment after we applied and would not return the application fee or the refundable deposit. Per California tenant laws, I have the right to a refund of the application fee if the price is changed after we apply. They claim I changed the move in date - not true as my move in date did not change. Dezanae then said it was “the market” fluctuations; also false. This is not the case once the application is submitted. Scott commented here but has not followed through. A complain has been filed with the Better Business Bureau. As of 3/30, over 2 months since my payment was taken and the fee was promised to be returned by Dezanae, I had not received a response from Scott, FPI management or a refund. Next steps will be civil court for “bad faith retention” of my deposit. 4/16 Heard from Scott 4/3 admitting a refund is owed. To date I have not received the refund or answers to emails and voice messages to FPI management or Scott.
