  This is one of the best places I have ever lived it. I rented here when I got married and it has been amazing living here. The community is nice and quiet, the parking is protected and reserved and the complex is very clean and beautiful. It is across the street from American River College and close to target and smart and final. The manager Laquita is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She helped me through my financial difficulties and has been nothing but kind to me and my family. Daniel has to be the best maintenance guy a community can have. He will come fix your issue same day or next day, and Man he is good at what he does. He also keeps the complex clean and make sure everyone in the community is comfortable. I had to leave because of personal issues, but I would've gladly stayed here as long as they'll let me. I will not hesitate to rent again from them. Thank you guys for giving us a home and taking care of me and my family. God bless you

  So these townhouses are lovely i've lived here 3years & no problems. They are repainting the buildings & redid the pavement it looks way better. The manager let the bad ones go so its quiet here. Keep up with your place you'll be good. My carpets are still brand new. There is cameras so dont do dirt....& the maintance gets the job done when the work order gets put in. The only complaint i have is complainers & stalkers, not someone who follows you more like people who WATCH your every move. Other than that its worth it. Better get an application here. These apts rent quick!!! Erika keeps up with the place & to me she cares... Always able to talk to.

  I've lived here for 3 years and when the current property manager Ericka took over everything looked up. She's worked hard to try and make the complex nice and safe for all the residents. The buildings are being painted and the parking lot is being repaired as I write this. Whenever I need something fixed I always let her know about it and Daniel shows up as soon as he can to fix it or if it'll take him a bit she always at least tries to give us a time frame of when he can get to it. Ericka is also very good about posting letters on our doors to let us know about at changes that are going to be happening . She's always in the office if we need to speak with her and on the odd chance she's not there cause shes out on other business or a holiday there's a letter on the office door saying when she'll be back. She's very helpful, always open to talk and listen and she's very friendly. Ericka has been the 4th manager I've seen and she's been better than all the others. People being upset is due to lack of communication on their part or they try to find ways to dodge around the rules and their lease agreements

  I have lived here a year, the old manager was sneeky and never in the office. Woul never be able to get any work ordrer in. The new manager Erica is kind and always avalible- if she isnt in the office she either writes a note or comes in on her own time to deal with what she couldnt before. There is a lot of work to be done around this complex and from what ive seen she is working her hardest with what she has to get it all done. The only complaint i have is some of the people the LAST manager let move in though there is nothing that can be done about that. Love living here and hopfully Erica will be here for a long time this place needs her!
