  Do not be tricked into signing a lease here, apartment finishes are beautiful and the grounds are always kept clean BUT these apartments were built very cheaply not only are the walls very thin but the flooring is terrible I Live on the 3rd floor and constantly have to hear big foot above me it legit sounds like a earthquake the ceiling shakes and creeks I’ve had to call security at night several times, I’ve notified management and the only thing they say is to record videos and if it’s after quiet hours call security lol it’s such a joke and for $3000 a month you can definitely find something nicer and quieter in the area, counting down the days until I’m out of here.

  Jade is very kind to give me a tour at a short notice. She answered all my questions and concerns. It was a great experience and I recommend this place because the leasing office will take care of you.

  I went to tour an apartment here and the female receptionist i think her name was Jillian was very rude and unprofessional. She had an unfriendly attitude right as we walked into the building, was complaining about too many people wanting tours, was on her phone constantly even while speaking to us, and felt like she strongly didn't want to be at work.

  I may have worked at the property but I also lived at the property during my last year because employees only received 20% off the highest market rent. It saved me on gas, but living there came with its own challenges. My car was vandalized more than once, including someone punching in my taillight and leaving dirty underwear on my side mirror. While many residents were kind and understanding, there were also residents who were rude, threatening, and quick to blame staff for problems beyond our control. Apartment living naturally comes with noise and shared spaces, yet staff often became the target of complaints that no one could realistically solve. It was exhausting constantly being expected to absorb the frustration of residents while receiving little support from management. To the residents: Apartments have shared walls, there will be noise, if you don't like it? Get a house. To corporate: treat your leasing agents better and dont put unrealistic expectations on them cause you're being greedy. Drive your rolls royce with some humiliation. Don't put high rents in dangerous neighborhoods. Jade, if you still work there, I hope they treat you well and give you a higher raise (like a living wage). You're awesome!
