My friend just moved in… and I’ve been there only a handful of times, briefly. Very lovely apartment. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Even have self serve coffee in the office.

Extremely disappointing application process and terrible communication.
I applied on June 30 for a September 6 move-in. Today is August 11 — six weeks later — and I still have no final decision.
They require a $500 deposit with the application, which puts applicants in a very difficult position. You are essentially stuck waiting: you cannot confidently move forward with other housing options because if they eventually approve your application, you risk losing your deposit — yet no one can tell you how long the approval process will take.
Communication has been extremely poor. Emails are often unanswered, and after several days of silence, we were told that our income verification had not been received, even though we had completed it and notified the office multiple times. I repeatedly asked whether anything else was needed from us and received no clear answer.
If communication is already this difficult during the application process, it makes me seriously question what it would be like after moving in.

Potential renters should be very careful and confirm all details before submitting an application or deposit.
We contacted Rosemeade at Olympus Pointe and confirmed by phone that an apartment was available before submitting our application. On May 28, 2026, we moved forward with the application and paid the required fees and deposit for a unit that was supposed to be available for move-in on June 19, 2026.
After we had already completed the application and paid, we were contacted and told that the apartment was no longer available. We were then offered another apartment that was previously shown as unavailable, but the pricing had increased from what was originally advertised when we first looked into it.
The timing of these changes was very concerning. After we had already committed financially, the original apartment was suddenly unavailable, and the alternative option came with a higher price. The experience gave us the impression of a bait-and-switch situation and raised serious concerns about the leasing process.
We were told that everything would be refunded. It took about a week to receive the deposit refund, but it has now been about a month and we still have not received the application fee refund.
This experience made us lose confidence in moving forward with Rosemeade at Olympus Pointe. If communication and changes to availability and pricing were already difficult during the application process, we were concerned about what the experience would be like as a resident.
Thankfully, we found another apartment with similar square footage, gated access, comparable amenities, and better value.
Future renters should make sure all availability, pricing, and refund details are confirmed in writing before submitting any payments.
Edit: We received our application fee refund the day after posting this review. I appreciate that it was refunded, but it does not change our overall experience with the application process.

I love living here at Rosemeade! I've been here more than a couple years and am so happy with my apartment. I love everything that comes with it - the attached garage, fireplace, pool and a gym. It still surprises me that even with this large complex, it is very quiet and peaceful at night.
I'd like to thank Kim in the office for helping me recently with an issue and a big shout out to Svetlana and Martha from maintenance! They were SUPER helpful and kind when I was trying to clean my upstairs balcony. Thank you all very much!
