I’m a current resident. This place is awful. Front desk never responds. first month living here my washer was broken took them a month to replace it due to their lack of communication and maintenance request. I’m currently dealing with no hot water which i was never warned about, it’s been 4 days with little to no communication from them. they don’t care about their residents what so ever. For so called luxury living doesn’t feel very luxury. it’s a waste of money can’t wait for my lease to be up.

Landlords / property companies seem to love ripping people off. $2.4k for under 700sq ft, and I come from a big city... this is not a steal. Esp in this deteriorating economy where it looks like it may be going down for a while. Where people need to make 3x their rent, unless you got a high paying job or you come from money. Great... you can afford a small apt 2.4k... Why can't yall stop being greedy? This system is beyond broken & misused. Do something to help community & those that need housing. Roseville has lower pay rates even if I have degrees etc. Companies dont wanna pay more most of the time. Make it make sense people

Overall, it's been nice. I wish the rules were enforced better. The noise above me is horrendous. Daily from 10 am to midnight, sometimes later, there is continuous stomping, along with dropping heavy items along with moving of furniture. I have a constant headache due to this. Children often scream and use the hallway as an extension of the playground. There is a dog that frequently barks aggressively at anything and sounds like they are outside all the time. The parking rule about no backing into your space is is actually more dangerous. It's backing out that you can't see if there is anything you may hit due to the huge blind spot. When I call to ask if anyone has permission to conduct surveys usually from a utility company, I get " I don't know" for a response and no real reply. The new gate code is a real pain in the backside and doesn't keep out people who wait for someone to use their code and follow them in. Not very safe in the long run. And having to call the company to get a one time code is stupid and complicated when dealing with deliveries when you don't know when the delivery person has no timeline just a possible day. I don't get a text or call even though I give directions to do so, making me have missed deliveries and then the company will not resend the order. The numbers on the buildings are so small and often blocked by carport awnings or trees so they can't be seen especially during the day, at night the numbers are lit but does little to improve the visibility. When calling maintenance from time of reporting an issue to repair takes anywhere from the day of the report to several weeks with me having to call them a few times to find out when they will be back to complete it.

We visited these apartments Saturday and was extremely impressed. We put in an application that same evening as we are hoping for a quick move! Fingers crossed they can get the application completed as quickly as they said they could! ❤️❤️ we cant wait to move in, im also 37 weeks pregnant and was not expecting to move so these apartments are literally saving mine, my husband's and my new baby's life!!!
