  I originally met Shaunda 15 years ago when she was the agent that helped my daughter and SIL purchase their home at Lakeside. We got reacquainted when she started organizing and hosting the neighborhood garage sales. When is was time to sell our home in Foskett Ranch, I wanted someone that knew the market in our area. So I reached out to Shaunda. She provided a market analysis right away and provided us with ideal times to put our home on the market. We knew our home was going to take a little bit to sell since it was priced on the high side of market. She hired a great photographer that did an excellent job on presenting our home in a most pleasant light. The little staging that we did was excellent as well. She listened to our wishes and gave us great pointers on the staging and pricing. We had a couple of offers that fell through but she was always positive and looking out for our best interests. The third offer was the charm and it happened to coincide with the neighborhood garage sale :-). I would recommend Shaunda to anyone looking to sell their home or even purchase, SHE KNOWS HER STUFF!!!

  I cannot say enough great things about Shaundra Holt. She has helped me purchase two commercial buildings within the last year, and both experiences were absolutely outstanding. Shaundra is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, organized, and completely on top of every detail throughout the entire process. What really sets her apart is her communication and follow-through. She always keeps me updated, responds quickly, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. I always felt like she truly had my best interests in mind and was looking out for me every step of the way. Commercial real estate transactions can be stressful and complicated, but Shaundra made the process smooth and manageable from start to finish.
