If you like leaking ceilings, gaps in your baseboards which leaves plenty of room for spiders and insects, electrical issues, HVAC issues, floors creaking, and much more, this is the home and builder for you! Showing up to the construction site to look at the progress of your FIRST home, only to find an empty 24 pack of Modelo and empty beer cans on site. Workers don’t even speak English. When requesting a service repair on cabinets, that barely moved, and weren’t aligned properly, the repair man’s response was “just use oil”. DID not receive a final walkthrough and the closing process didn’t go as promised. Overall highly disappointed, as this was my very first home.

If I could give the review 0 stars, I would. It is a huge disappointment that this is mine and my husband’s first home as newlyweds.
There’s so many mistakes throughout the house but to name a few: creaks in the baseboards, electrical issues all throughout the home, creaking upstairs where ever you walk in the master bedroom, etc.
When we were visiting our home while it was being built, there were numerous corona beer bottles all throughout the home. So nice knowing the builders were drinking on the job while working on our home.
When we called to have our drawers looked at while the drawers were squeaky and not able to close properly, the gentleman didn’t speak English well, and suggested “put some oil on there.”
I do NOT recommend PULTE homes to anyone. These builders are horrible. With how much money these homes are (and it’s brand new) it’s ridiculous with the amount of carelessness that went into building these homes.
All of our neighbors us told us about the mistakes they had in their homes as well, so we aren’t the only ones.
AVOID PULTE HOMES AT ALL COSTS!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of my home and the subsequent service provided by Pulte. The value of the property does not align with the extremely poor craftsmanship I have experienced.
The following issues remain unresolved:
Contractor Conduct: Your contractors are consistently late and spend their time attempting to upsell personal services rather than completing the assigned repairs.
Safety Negligence: Due to a failure on your part, our alarm system was not operational for 10 months. This is a severe safety oversight that put my family at risk.
Substandard Repairs: A recent attempt to fix an imbalanced floor resulted in the carpet being badly ripped. Instead of a solution, I now have a prominent, damaged seam in the center of the room.
Standard automated responses asking me to email a generic address are no longer acceptable, as previous attempts to communicate have gone unanswered. I expect a prompt and tangible resolution to these matters.

Definitely one of the worst builders you will deal with. Everything is of low grade. Home quality is so poor, dealing with pulte team is another story. There are many good builders like JMC in the area you should definitely them.
