  I’ve been disappointed with the maintenance of the common areas in this apartment community. The pool has been without umbrellas all summer, which is especially frustrating during the hot California weather. The restrooms by the pool are often dirty and clearly need more regular cleaning. We were told back in the spring that the stairways and common areas would be pressure washed, but that still hasn’t happened. It seems like the buildings closer to the rental office receive more attention, while other buildings are neglected. On a positive note, management does respond to maintenance requests inside the units, and repairs are usually taken care of when something needs to be fixed. I also want to specifically mention Tracy, the handyman. He is excellent, very helpful, and clearly does his best. He also makes a real effort to keep the pool area quiet and to make sure that people who do not live in the community, including teenagers coming from neighboring buildings, are not using the pool or disturbing residents. Overall, I wish the same level of attention given to maintenance inside the apartments was also given to the shared spaces and amenities

  The staff are wonderful, apartments are updated and modern. Maintenance is fast in resolving work orders. I would recommend these apartments.

  The worst office staff I have ever dealt with. They smile to your face and simply lie to get as much money out of you as possible. Before you move out, they send a man to inspect your apartment. He tells you everything looks good and that you will receive your security deposit back. Then, after you leave, they refuse to return your deposit and even demand that you pay an additional $500 based on false claims. They use photos of other apartments and falsely claim they are pictures of your apartment, even though we have video evidence proving that our apartment was left in perfect condition. These are the most dishonest and deceitful employees I have ever encountered. They lie without hesitation and only care about taking your money. Avoid this place at all costs. I do not recommend renting from them.
