  Hugo and Sophie are the best! They made the application process so easy and stress free. Sophie is so kind and helpful. I called to get information about the property and all the amenities made me want to see the property ASAP. Sophie showed us all around the property and to multiple apartments. She was so knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect apartment. After the tour we were sold and asked where do we sign! We love our home and the Estia team gave us the best warm welcome! Our puppies love their backyard and doggie door too! Estia apartments are newly built and feel like a home instead of an apartment. They are parent approved too! Large bedrooms and walk in closets. The kitchen is beautiful and I am obsessed with the window over the sink! Ceiling fans and individual AC units in every room are so cool and a game changer! The amenities are amazing. Beautiful club house and coffee machine, 24 hour gym with every machine needed and a yoga room with supplies and a filtered water station and TV. Gorgeous pool, spa, showers, bathrooms, lounge chairs and cabanas! Built in bbqs, corn hole, picnic tables, and outdoor sofas for lounging or reading a book! And recently added are firepits! They also have a dog park and dog washing station!!! We also have a private gate to walking trails. Estia Roseville is so safe too. They have secured gates at the entrance and a guest/delivery gate. There are so many lights around the property and they are motion activated at night to go from dim to bright so you are never walking in the dark. Estia cares about its community and hosts fun mixers to get to know the leasing office and neighbors. I have made some wonderful friends at these mixers! Lastly the maintenence team is fast, friendly, and does such a great job with any issue in the home. We were looking for a stress-free/calm place to call home and we found that here at Estia Apartments!

  Hugo, Stephanie and Sophie are such sweet and kind people, they have been nothing but a positive breath of fresh air in our apartment hunting journey for my husband and I. By far is the community the best in Roseville when it comes to the environment you'll reside in, we're looking very much forward to raising our family here~ If you want a quiet, clean and welcoming community full of friendly people, please come join us at Estia of Roseville!

  Ok….life can get complicated and stressful and looking for an actual place to call home, a place that is safe , accessible and friendly Estia Roseville basically wrote the book on that. From meeting the staff to the application process to getting our keys was hands down the most profoundly pleasant experience I’ve experienced in many many years . My husband is wheelchair bound so the pool and hot tub lift are a game changer . We can enjoy swimming and relaxing together now . The gym is top notch with its own Pilates/yoga Media trainer ! I love our bungalow, huge bedrooms, spacious bathrooms , brand new everything and we even have a backyard for our gardening and enjoying our meals together after the sun goes down . The garage fits our muscle car , holiday decor and winter clothes! Did I mention two walk in closets in each room !!! Another thing about safety, which is very important to us is that this community is gated they even have top of the line technology that you can use your phone to unlock common areas and get into each gate . I work from home and use the clubhouse daily for my zoom meetings and love the complimentary latte machine, big screens so we can watch sports and the grounds have been thoughtfully curated with gorgeous trees of different species and bushes I love this place and I don’t see us moving for a very long time because why would you when you have everything at your fingertips. I even made a couple of friends too, very thankful that I found ESTIA Roseville, I highly recommend anyone to come take a tour and you two will see that you have found Paradise.   I toured the Estia site, including both the single and two-bedroom apartments. The bungalow layout was perfect. Having a single-story home with no neighbors above or below is a game-changer. It was incredibly quiet, and it truly feels like owning a private home without the maintenance hassle. It is pet friendly with the private, fenced backyard with the built-in dog door. It’s perfect for a dog to have her own space to step outside, and the community pet spa makes baths so much easier. Each bungalow has 10-foot ceilings that make the space feel huge and bright. The kitchen quartz countertops, island, and stainless steel appliances feel high-end and modern. Last, but not least, the pool area and community BBQs are wonderful, making it a great space to relax/enjoy. The location is also ideal, in close proximity to many shopping areas. You must check it out!
