  I have lived here for 3 years. I am very sad to be leaving. I am moving out of state for work. I have loved living here. Thomas and Lydia and the maintenance team have been amazing. They all are super friendly. The complex is always super clean. My Dog Toby and I fit right in as they are a very Dog friendly complex. I have really enjoyed my time here and wish I could take the complex with me!

  This complex is very shady. Had cockroaches in my apartment there ... as have MANY others. My lease was 12 months .... of which I was there maybe 7 of those months. Upon me not renewing my lease , they did a walk through to inform me of possible charges. Twice I asked to go back so they could explain why , but both times ... there was nobody available , and both were in the daytime during normal working hours. Management told me it was the maintenance crews job to do the evaluation. Had they honored my signed paper saying when the initial walkthrough was to be done .... that I be present. Not only did they not honor that .... I asked why all the painting was necessary. Again ... blamed on the maintenance crew. I put down a $1400 dollar deposit , and received $153 back. Not only did they EVER let me know before I moved out what was gping.to be needed AND why , they charged me over 800 to repaint. Upon asking for proof the apartment had been repainted before I moved in .... they didn't have an answer or the requested documentation. This place is as crooked as I have ever been involved with , and totally unethical. DO NOT BUY INTO THE SALES PITCH , IT'S NOTHING BUT LIES. Prospective renters , be warned .... this place sucks.

  I lived here for 5yrs. It's a beautiful clean place no doubt , but it's like living in a HOA type apartment . You can only park the register car/truck in the garage .if your tags are due they will tow your car. If you park your car bavkwards they will give you a ticket.Get use to cleaning glue off your windows. i have had little bugs everywhere. I told the staff many times about this issue and they did nothing about it .for $2000+ a month this isn't worth it. Plus the rent keeps going up . it's all about the money for these guys . I had to pay for a parking permit $50 but when I was talking to a fellow resident who happen to be Caucasian didn't have to pay and they gave him one . That's not right. It's also far way from everything so even driving to Sac area takes 20+ mins and the traffic is horrible .The only good thing is it's close to the airport n thunder valley .

  We have been residents at Carmel at Woodcreek West for over a year and are very pleased with our "home." Debra, Thomas and Tom, the night manager, and the entire front office staff are amazing; always so friendly, kind and helpful. The maintenance crew is always prompt, friendly, knowledgable and professional; truly reassuring when a repair occasionally needs to be completed. Once again, Carmel at Woodcreek West customer service SHINES. Most highly recommended!
