  Just recently had some general maintenance repairs & needs in our building & after calling Toney to discuss what needed to be addressed & fixed around our building he took note of all the details I gave him & within two days in relaying that information to Faith & the maintenance staff at The Villages of the Galleria my service requests to Toney were all fixed & repaired. Just wanted to say thank you to Toney, Faith, & their staff it’s all very much appreciated. Sincerely, Matt

  5 stars all the way for Toney. He stepped into our association during a very challenging time with a lot of ongoing issues and unfinished business, and he immediately stepped up and made a real difference. His communication is excellent—he responds quickly, keeps us informed, and always follows through. When action is needed, he doesn’t hesitate to take care of it. I can’t say enough about the quality of his work and the positive impact he’s had. We truly appreciate everything he’s done for our association.

  Alec and Lara, the lazy representatives of this company, refuse to pick up phone calls or respond to emails. It’s a waste of resources. Unfortunately, they manage our HOA, which has become a nightmare due to their lack of response and accountability. I’m planning to report them to get them removed from our community as soon as possible. This company is a complete scam, and my tenant is extremely frustrated with them.
