He made sure to be involved every step of the way, in order to help facilitate the negotiations with the seller, and to ultimately close quickly. It's hard these days to find an agent who follows through on what they say, and truly represents you at every stage of the transaction. But Sep is one of the last good ones, if you are thinking of buying or selling in PV (or anywhere in SoCal for that matter) you'd be making a huge mistake not to call Sep!
