  Sep did a phenomenal job for us! We had a very tough situation with renters that made it very difficult for us to sell the house. Sep offered excellent guidance for us and how to move forward and get our house sold. We had a short deadline and he was able to get us multiple offers in a short amount of time and close on the date we needed. I highly recommend him!

  Sep is a professional, he handled my transaction perfectly, he was attentive and thoughtful throughout the entire process. He made sure to be involved every step of the way, in order to help facilitate the negotiations with the seller, and to ultimately close quickly. It's hard these days to find an agent who follows through on what they say, and truly represents you at every stage of the transaction. But Sep is one of the last good ones, if you are thinking of buying or selling in PV (or anywhere in SoCal for that matter) you'd be making a huge mistake not to call Sep!
