She never rushed us. Jane was communicative, persistent, and genuinely helpful at every step. When we found the right house, she negotiated smart terms on our behalf, including structuring things in a way that will save us money for years to come, something we wouldn't have known to ask for ourselves. Her contractor referrals saved us real money on required repairs, and she caught paperwork issues before they became problems, including holding us back from wiring funds until a critical city document was confirmed.
