  🚫WARNING! DO NOT MOVE HERE!🚫FPI Managment goes beyond being unprofessional. They are completely incompetent to the point of not abiding by the laws. They raise the rent often and in large increments. They charge you large, random, unexplained amounts for sewage, trash and water. By the time we moved out we were paying over double what we started paying for utilities and the charges are unexplained (almost 100$ each). Everything in the apartment is very old and low quality and they spend and do as LITTLE as possible in every case. They can not keep any employees. Cabinets are deteriorating and they just keep painting over them. Cabinets are also falling down off of the ceiling from being so poorly installed. We had multiple plumbing issues that were very difficult to get addressed and kept recurring. Our water heater did not work even after got it replaced. We gave up on trying to get another because of the hassle. The windows are single pane and the doors are not properly fitted/ sealed and collect/ let in moisture/ mold, as well as making it impossible to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature since it is not sealable/ insulated. Maintenance issues are not addressed through the portal in a timely manner or all all, don’t even bother. Property is not safe or secure. Laundry rooms are completely foul, very overpriced and very small. There is huge problems with stealing and vandalism both of our bikes were stolen, and the Lenox did nothing. The walking path is not safe. The apartments are not secure. Outlets are not properly installed and therefore arch, in addition to not working at all because they are installed/ maintained by people who have no electrical experience/ knowledge. There are not fire extinguishers provided in the unit. The fire alarms are not working. They came and inspected the fire alarms, established that the did not work, and then never came back- it never got fixed we moved out with them still non functioning. The carbon monoxide monitor is on the ceiling which is not appropriate. Most of all, the Managment is unwilling to help and is there solely to uphold the profit margins for FPI Managment and nothing else. They will try and squeeze every dollar out of you possible. They are rarely in the office during business days, as well as not being unreachable by phone or email. They do not assist with issues in a timely, helpful or professional manner. They have a very aggressive attitude. They do not preform the tasks required of them properly in nearly any instance. The charges on your account will often be incorrect. Even after speaking to them and being assured an issue will be resolved, it rarely is. You will often be overcharged and have to contact the Managment to get it resolved which you have to fight tooth and nail for and it is very time consuming and mentally exhausting to be disrespected and exploited so blatantly. I would strongly advise anyone I know against moving here. It may look pretty on the outside as a first impression, but it is not in reality. For 2500$ a month for a falling apart 1 bedroom apartment, it is absolutely not worth it. You will be treated like with no respect and live in an apartment that is falling apart around you while being charged inexplicable charges on ur account that u have to contact them and they will say oh ya we don’t know what that’s about but then never address it. Also they did not give us our deposit back and we eventually just gave up on it because we were so mentally exhausted from dealing with them we just wanted to move on.

  We as a couple were so blessed with how the female staff and her Manager assisted us with excellent service and we love our visit to the apartment.Lastly awesome customer service and excellent communication with the Team.We highly recommend The Lenox to people who may looking around to settle down in a new home please do contact them asap.

  We had an appt to move in at 9:00. The office was closed and there was nobody there to meet us. We called every number we could find. Finally the maintenance man saw us on the security cameras and came to investigate. Apparently the office people had quit and there was nobody in charge of taking over things such as move-ins. Luckily he was able to let us in!!! Very nice man. But not a great first impression of the complex. I’m not sure what we would have done if he hadn’t helped us.

  This place is so nice in a quiet area convenient to shopping centers and close to the train station. Management is super nice and helpful.
