  This apartment complex was wonderful in 2023 and has some good qualities, but has been steadily been going downhill. Massive tree cutting occurred in Sept 2025. No notice was provided to the tenants so we were caught off guard as massive limbs loudly banged into the side of our units. The quality of people who are being brought in as residents has plummeted to the point that there is now always an issue with people being inconsiderate and negligent. Noise and disturbances are constant. I have tried countless times to communicate with staff in the rental office, but it has not been effective. I've given opportunities for them to make it right but the only response you get is "we're 'truly sorry' for the inconvenience". Truly sorry means making an effort to repair if possible. Really disappointing and unfortunate.

  Pésima comunicación con la administración y la oficina , aparte de que alguno de sus agentes lleva acabo la exclusión y todo cobran sin aviso previo terminas pagando mucho mas de lo que te dicen realmente y no hay comunicación al respecto ni resuelven , pésima atención por parte de todos a excepción de los de mantenimiento son los únicos que hacen un excelente y efectivo trabajo.

  I stayed at this apartment for a few months and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The laminated wood flooring was extremely dirty when I moved in. Even wearing brand-new slippers, the bottoms would become sticky and dirty within just a few hours. The ceiling light fixtures and window blinds were also noticeably dusty. My advice to future tenants is to carefully inspect the unit at move-in and document everything in writing, with photos, and make sure management acknowledges it in your file. When I moved out, I was charged several hundred dollars for “dust” on the lamps and blinds—items that were not clean to begin with. This felt very unfair and extremely frustrating. I strongly recommend protecting yourself with thorough documentation to avoid similar charges.

  What are we paying for? The main pool is closed the other one is disgusting. All three hot tubs are never working, and then they jacked up the price of laundry. The only email I get from them is just a notice that the office will be closed (at this point when is it open??) then when our lease renewal comes up I’m sure they’ll jack up the prices and won’t be able to give us a clear reason as to why. Pathetic. Also: stop sending me gd rent reminders. Literally shut up. we know when we need to pay it we don’t need you “reminding us” a week before it’s due. Literally just stop talking
