  Poor staff quality. Although it is safe, quiet, and has nice neighbors, I will never go back to the place because of the staffs. According to my own experience, deposits are just theirs from the beginning. They just want your money. They will charge you for whatever they can come up with, they evened towed my car by staff’s mistake (they incorrectly record my license plate so they couldn’t find the car owner so they towed my car) but I paid the towing fee. Also we mopped, cleaned, and even retouched the drywall paint but we not only couldn’t get any of the deposit but also we paid extra… They said stove was dirty so they consider our place as “extremely dirty.” How can stove be super clean like new? We paid also $200 additionally. What a surprise. Again, please don’t go there. They need to be changed.

  If you're a college student going to Sonoma state don't waste your time trying to find a place here . They are extremely biased and discriminatory to anyone that is not a family household . They'll make assumptions about you even with no probable cause. They definitely have favoritism here and it shows by the way that myself and my housemates were treated being the newbies in the area compared to those who have already been there. Another thing the office management never answered the phone or followed up with tenants unless it benefitted them or they wanted to mark you as a violation for something you'd have nothing to do with. Don't waste your time here there are plenty of other apartment complex in the area that will treat their tenants better then here.
