Finding a parking spot is disgusting here. Residents have 5 or 6 cars and never move their cars from parking spots. Also there is broken down cars and cars with expired tags that never leave parking spots making it rare to find a parking spot. Management could care less so no use of talking to them about it. Would not recommend this place if you have more then one car, hate driving around looking for parking or parking far away from your apartment.

If you're a college student going to Sonoma state don't waste your time trying to find a place here . They are extremely biased and discriminatory to anyone that is not a family household . They'll make assumptions about you even with no probable cause. They definitely have favoritism here and it shows by the way that myself and my housemates were treated being the newbies in the area compared to those who have already been there. Another thing the office management never answered the phone or followed up with tenants unless it benefitted them or they wanted to mark you as a violation for something you'd have nothing to do with. Don't waste your time here there are plenty of other apartment complex in the area that will treat their tenants better then here.

Safe area and great for college students. I have lived here in a 2 bedroom with one roommate for 5 years and enjoyed it very much. Great for students who want to settle down or get serious.
