We have submitted an application for new windows on July 8th and unfortunately have not seen any response or acknowledgment of receipt since in the last 2 weeks. Overall, the communication from EB has been appropriate and timely in terms of HOA wide maintenance but the response to homeowner projects that are a big deal to us individually has great room for improvement.
