  Went for a tour and the facility was really nice. It was easily broken down about prices and the requirements needed to move in. Staff was very kind!

  Wish it would have been better just wasn’t it. The AC never worked and if it did it only ever got down to around 74. Our kitchen despite keeping it pretty clean and organized still had German cockroaches on a frequent basis. Supposedly having pest services but our balcony was coated in spider webs within a day of having brushed them down. Parking wasn’t bad, again there was no pest management, cars were constantly being covered in webs due to not upkeeping the parking overhang.

  Fees! When you picture a stereotypical place with sneaky unexpected fees, this is the one. Yes, I theoretically agreed to all of them. But paying for valet trash the month after I moved out is insulting. Moving in was a nightmare. Are you coming in from out of state? No you're not. You CANNOT reach the on-site leasing team over the phone. And your online application basically doesn't even register on their side. We had to get there in person to make them give us the apartment and had to completely restart the application. The house itself was just fine. There's no overhead lighting. We kept clean but still had a few ants (thanks $2.00 of pest control fees). The pool was nice. The gym was sub par. The community activities were poorly attended. The marijuana restrictions were NOT enforced. My wife's bike was stolen our first night in the complex, but you'll pay through the nose for rent because it's "in a nice part of town". The staff is friendly, so that's nice. But it's nearly impossible to catch them in the office. Moving in was bad. Moving out was worse. We didn't damage anything. But they charged $156.78 to "paint." We left the place spotless (example pics included), but they charged $300 for "cleaning." Try any place else first. Commute a longer distance if you must.

  Don’t you love when management is beyond terrible and their own manager posts a review as if they weren’t being paid to be there. This place is awful and poorly run. Don’t ever live here, I’m telling you!
