The best part about Bella Creek Apartments outside of the brand-new, spacious units is the office staff.
When I relocated to California in 2023, the complex had just opened and there were no online reviews to rely on, so I had to go with my instincts. And boy, I am so glad I chose this complex to call home until I moved abroad in December 2025.
From my very first interactions, the care and thoughtfulness of the office staff stood out. They genuinely went out of their way to find an apartment that would be the right fit for me. They even replaced the pre-installed thermostat so I could have better control over the HVAC system, helping me settle in and get comfortable in a new environment.
The apartments themselves are quite quiet, and any noise concerns were taken seriously and addressed promptly, which again demonstrated management’s consideration for their tenants.
When I eventually decided to move abroad, the property manager, Kieran, was exceptionally kind and supportive throughout the entire process. He is extremely personable and easy to talk to and ensured that my living situation was one less thing to worry about while I was navigating visa applications and relocation logistics. He handled my move-out timing and final logistics with a lot of thoughtfulness and flexibility, which made a very stressful international move significantly easier.
Overall, Bella Creek Apartments is a place where you feel truly cared for, where residents are treated like people and not just tenants.

I lived at Bella creek for three years and loved my apartment. Nice new appliances and very spacious layout of my one bedroom apartment. Maintenance crew was always very nice and helpful and Kieran the office manager is great! I am moving for my job or I would have stayed here longer!

My husband along with our fur baby were tenants here for two years. We loved that our apartment was brand new. We were the first to live in the unit.
Manager Brena was amazing good personally professional and friendly she always resolved your issues and concerns. The property was kept cleaned and maintenance was done frequently.
The only problem here are the tenants, we lived in unit 434 and the neighbor under us which I believe is 433 was crazy coming over to our door complaining about our dog barking and complaining about hearing our footsteps, in the middle of the day. She approached our unit about 5 times and the last time I had her on camera she got loud and wanted to get physical with me, I felt intimidated. I feel sorry for who Ever has to deal with her now I think she plans to die in that place. We left because of her I could not stand her coming over to my unit and complain to me she’d also bang the ceiling. when I called the manager about this ongoing situation apparently she had never complained and were no report complaints to the office. I believe she must of been an unhappy person that’s why she couldn’t stand seeing people happy.
Over all the property is beautiful I was sad I had to leave but we live in a beautiful house now.
Highly recommend to rent here they have high ceilings elevators AC/ HEATER gas stove microwave oven dishwasher fridge washer dryer hookup and walk in closets. The only downside is that it’s only one parking per unit

Toured the only two available 1bd 1ba unit last month with my boyfriend. The view inside the unit was beautiful, but management seems super shady. They kept telling us it was 1003 sq ft, and we knew for a fact that was a lie, as our current apartment is 915 sq ft and way bigger than their unit. We were told they were move in ready, but one of the two units we looked at had a very off-putting smell and dead bugs in the sink. We asked if there were any other people applying/interested, because they only allow you to apply in person and we needed a cashiers check and were told no, not a soul. My boyfriend calls two days later when he realizes that we needed to know who to make the check out to and he's told the not smelly unit was taken. He called me to see if we should take the one with the gross smell and calls the place back maybe 5 minutes after the first call, and is told the smelly unit was just applied for, but we can still drop off the check and required paperwork. It seems to me like they just want your application fee, knowing there's no availability. Their application is also extremely tedious compared to most complexes.

DO NOT RENT HERE
It was an unbearable experience living here.
For starters, the construction of this complex should be taken into serious consideration before an expensive relocation. Such as, but not limited, to NOT being informed that they have only carpeted the bedrooms, therefore any walking taking place over flooring from the unit above you is simply a disturbance of peace. 24/7.
This complex also lacks management. Fear tactics and petty incompetence is the order of the day. Threats about attorneys. Threats about evictions. Threats about collections.
With ZERO legal standing.
It is extremely difficult to imagine that the ownership of this complex would allow a management team to operate in such a manner in the State of California.
Zero security. Zero response to calls from security. Zero response to concerns. Zero records of calls.
There is also a deep sense of discriminatory behavior taking place at this complex. For example, you are only permitted to invite the max total of occupants of your unit to use the pool. Therefore, if you are only one person living here. You can only have one person using the pool or gym with you.
Arbitrary rules such as written emails, written requests, written statements whether stipulated in a contract or not is a telling sign of this operation and must be seen only as a Red Flag.
I strongly urge and encourage the owners of this complex to look into the management of Bella Creek Apartments and take steps to ensure that you are not ultimately brought into class action litigation.
