  Easily the worst place I have ever lived. Extremely loud, constantly rotating staff, dilapidated facilities, always broken and going off fire alarm. You do not want to live here.

  Americana Apartments is great! Love living here. Expedient and friendly responses to service requests. Aaron fixed my sink leak quickly and professionally. Quiet, peaceful, well-kept grounds. Great place to live! Wish there was a pool though.

  Been here for 2 years and they have done a lot of improvements around the property. Enjoy the small community and Fernando is really great he is always doing clean up and work around the apartments and ensures we live in a clean community.. Alicia in the office is also very helpful and has really done tons of much needed upgrades sense she has taken over the premises just a year ago.

  Visually pleasing area with a decent location. It's very quiet, even though there are a lot if college students living here, such is nice. The property manager, Ron, is super cool. The rent is much too high though. ~$1500 for a two (ish) bedroom, one being a loft. No pool, poor parking, poor "gym," and expensive laundry facilities. The deposit is also ridiculous. If I was paying around 2/3 of what I pay now, I'd have no complaints, but $1500 for this apartment I'm in is insane.
