I’ve been living in this apartment complex for some time now, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating especially when it comes to parking.
After long days at work, the last thing anyone wants is to come home and struggle to find a parking spot. That’s exactly what happens here on a regular basis. It feels like a constant game of musical chairs just to park near your own home, which is exhausting and unnecessary.
Management claims there is a towing policy for cars without permits, but in reality, it’s rarely if ever enforced. Many residents don’t display permits at all, and nothing is done about it. Meanwhile, those of us who actually follow the rules and pay for permits every year see no benefit. It honestly feels like a waste of money.
On top of that, there seems to be favoritism. Certain residents especially those associated with employees don’t appear to be held to the same standards. Rules are enforced inconsistently, which only adds to the frustration.
A simple and effective solution would be assigned parking. It would eliminate the daily stress and make things far more fair for everyone living here.
If I could give advice to anyone considering moving in: save your time, money, and the headache. The parking situation alone is enough to make living here difficult, and it’s incredibly frustrating to deal with on a daily basis.

DO NOT RENT HERE!
I moved out 2 months ago and have yet to receive my security deposit back, CA law only gives landlords 21 days to return it. Onsite management was non-responsive to phone calls the whole time I lived there and after. FPI Management sucks! A literal nightmare, save yourself the headache.

I had a wonderful experience. I just walked in looking to find information. The woman in charge was so nice & upbeat. She spoke to me so kindly, answered all my questions and showed me around. I’m really looking forward to getting a place there. It is beautiful.
