  They water pressure continues to be reduced to the point where you do not even feel clean after showering and you end up having to take a shower that's twice as long. The garbage piles up to the point that it's embarrassing to have guests over to see where we live. Note to Management: Consider touring the property once in a while. Especially in the evenings. See the results of your hands off management style and how it affects those of us who live here.

  **UPDATED LONG TERM REVIEW** Current resident approaching the end of our second lease. While the location itself is fine, this property/owner unfortunately shows almost no regard for tenant retention. Over less than two years, rent has been increased by 100 each renewal period with little to no improvements to living conditions. Resident parking near our unit was significantly cut to install EV stalls that sit mostly empty majority of the time. Similar to other reviews on here the late night street racing on blue oaks is definitely a thing, kids ripping through the complex on e bikes, the back gate is definitely not as secure as the front. Haven’t had anything stolen yet, so can’t speak to that but little things over time reflect on the overall property. Despite being reliable tenants with guaranteed income and zero issues, corporate flatly refused any negotiation and even denying a simple request to offset the rate hike with an available garage, which we have been waiting several months to secure. I would like to stress that management overall has been great to this point, but I believe that true greatness reflects in the hard times, not the peaceful times. Surrounding properties in Rocklin/Roseville offer second bathrooms, and included garages for the same or lower rates. While the front office did adhere to our request, communication did drag for a couple weeks without resolution or answer unless we initiated contact. We have tried to recommend other military members here unfortunately prices elsewhere appear to be a better value. When we first moved from Citrus Heights we were amazed at the stark difference of the complex’s (in a good way) and now unfortunately I cannot recommend this apartment complex. Being military we’ve been able to stay in a wide variety of places and we’ve been able to see what works and what doesn’t. Rocklin Ranch is nice, no doubt about it, we just wish they cared a little bit more about retaining their tenants.

  Chris in maintenance has been a blessing to our household! He’s prompt, diligent and always has a solution to our problems. Good service like his is one of the many reasons we stay!

  The maintenance supervisor, Junior, did a fantastic job of helping me with my request to ensure my AC was running as smoothly as possible during this heat wave. He was very flexible in helping me find a time that worked around my work schedule and did the job in a quick, efficient manner! He was extremely friendly and professional.
