I would not recommend living here. My experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish, and moving out only made things worse.
The biggest issue was how poorly management handled my prorated rent. I was clearly told by a staff member that my rent would be prorated, and I even have email proof of that conversation. Despite that, management later claimed they “couldn’t verify” the information because the employee no longer works there and still expected me to pay the full amount. That is completely unacceptable. If your staff provides information in writing, it should be honored—especially when a tenant has proof. It should not fall on residents to deal with internal staffing issues or be forced to pay more because of your team’s mistakes.
As someone in the military, this was even more frustrating. Moves are already stressful, and clear communication is critical when dealing with PCS timelines and housing transitions. Instead of working with me or showing any understanding, they made the situation more difficult and added unnecessary stress.
This situation shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the burden onto me and expected me to just absorb the cost. It felt disorganized at best and intentionally misleading at worst. If you’re considering living here, just know that what you’re told upfront may not be what actually happens when it comes time to pay.
Communication overall was inconsistent and unreliable. Policies seemed to change depending on who you spoke to, and I constantly had to follow up just to get basic answers.
On top of that, be prepared to be charged extra fees when you move out. They will try to charge you for “damages” that were either already there or normal wear and tear, along with a large cleaning fee regardless of the condition you leave the apartment in. It feels like they look for reasons to take more money rather than work fairly with tenants.
The apartment itself is also not worth the price. The unit was dirty when I moved in, and everything feels cheaply made. You can tell corners were cut everywhere, from the materials to the overall upkeep of the property.
Overall, this place lacks professionalism, clear communication, and basic customer service. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Update: Dont look at the COMMENT and think this apartment complex cares about anything other that them getting there money. When told about the issues I’ve experienced living here they say “there’s nothing we can do, (vandalism/car break ins) can happen anywhere even if you go to the mall there’s a chance it could happen and in order to break the lease it will be about $4000.”SO THEY COULDN’T CARE LESS ABOUT THERE RESIDENTS SAFETY AND LIVELY HOOD.
UPDATE: 25 OCT 2023: Cars broken into over night and things stolen! DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU CAN THE ONLY REASON WE HAVENT BROKEN THE LEASE IT ITS $4000 TO GET OUT NOW!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management and the community do not care about you or your belongings. My car has been vandalized 4x since living here 6 months. Others have been broken into and all management says is “there’s nothing we can do, vandalism happens everywhere not just here” they will charge you $2200+ a month to live somewhere not safe! Here’s a picture of the most recent event of someone cutting my antenna off the car. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HEADACHE, DO NOT MOVE HERE!
The customer service here is exceptional and any maintenance issues I have had were solved professionally and quickly. My wife and I questioned the Meridiano floor plan at first but realized there was a lot of light coming in from the windows and the small apartment would work. We have come to enjoy the modern renovation that they recently completed and appreciate the view of the nearby greenery. By far, this is one of the best apartments in the area with close access to the freeway and great amenities. We make use of the pool, BBQs, gym and often retrieve packages from the electronic storage bins beside the office. A lovely place to call home.

Great staff cannot overcome burglaries, no security or cameras, significant water leaks from 2nd floor apartments, mold, non-energy-efficient windows, scummy Jacuzzi for weeks now... And, when you plunk down a few thousand dollars for security deposit, you might as well say goodbye to it for good, because you'll be lucky to get a few hundred dollars back!
