  Working with Lori Otten was truly one of the best decisions I've ever made. selling my home and moving into a new one could of been stressful, but she made the entire experience feel smooth, organized and completely under control. Lori's professionalism , attention to detail and constant communication gave me total confidence every step of the way. I always felt like I was her top priority. She didn't handle the transaction - she genuinely cared about making sure everything was right for me. If there were a rating higher than five stars, she would absolutely earn it. I'm beyond grateful for her guidance and would recommend her to anyone who needs a top tier Realtor....without hesitation !!   My husband and lived in our home for 27 years. It was a difficult decision to consider moving- but the time was right. We were acquainted with Laurie from years back and always knew Laurie would be the realtor we would call if we ever decided to sell. We called on Laurie the end of January of this year (2024) to consult about starting the process and requested recommendations on how to prepare our home for a successful sale. She was honest and straightforward and there was no doubt she knew the ropes and would not steer us wrong! And on top of all of that, it was clear she loves her work, cares about people and has a great sense of humor! Laurie coached us throughout the entire process and communication with her always timely. If we needed to hire someone she had a list of reputable vendors. We sold our home within days of it being listed and listed within 6 weeks of our first meeting. She continued her support til the day we drove off on our next adventure! We were fortunate to work with Laurie to successfully sell our home within the price range we had hoped for!!! Laurie is more than our realtor- we hope to stay in touch as friends!
