  I had lived here at the Hill at Quail Run for about 13 years and recently moved out. I loved living here. It was peaceful, beautiful and has a good location. And also, there are very nice and helpful management staff, Gina, Elizabeth, Sandy, Kenny and Adam. I want to say thank all of them and I recommend to live at The Hill at Quail Run.

  Moving into my new place was such a smooth experience, thanks to the incredibly helpful staff! They made the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful. I'm absolutely loving the features of my new unit too. The spacious layout and the abundance of natural light are just perfect for me. It's wonderful to have found a place that feels so comfortable and well-equipped right from the start. I'm really looking forward to settling in and making this space my own!

  We’ve lived in these apartments for several years and have had a very positive experience. The community is peaceful, well maintained, and very pet friendly, which has been important for our family. Maintenance requests are usually handled quickly, and the property is always kept clean and organized. Gina Toth, the manager, has always been professional, respectful, and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. We also want to recognize the staff that has joined the team over time they’ve done a great job working together and creating a welcoming environment for residents. Overall, this has been a safe and comfortable place for our family to live, and we truly appreciate all the hard work from management and staff. We would definitely recommend these apartments to others.

  My spouse and I lived at the Hills at Quail Run for several years. When we first moved in, it was something to be desired. The attrition rate of the employees was terrible. With the turn over, things were constantly being missed or dropped. The one constant was Gina. She did everything in her power to ensure things would be taken care of. She truly cares about the residents and the property. I am glad that she was promoted to manager because since then things have really improved.

  Very nice property! Everything is clearly well maintained. The common areas are clean and it's easy to see that the staff and tenants love their community. The location is great and is perfect for commuting and is convenient for shopping but it's kind of tucked away a little bit so you don't feel like you're in the middle of all of the chaos. We met with Gina. She was very nice and welcoming. She's also very knowledgeable about the community and what's nearby. Dad is still considering his options so he wasn't able to commit that day but it's top his options.
