  These people are terrible. I have placed several claims in for charges they say I have incurred..with no proof and all they say..on website is..looked at it..closed. i have all the proof if they would contact me! No verbal communication except the receptionist who states that either they are in a meeting or not there. I make my payments on time and they continue to charge me separate charges. No communication..no customer service!

  Our experience with this HOA management company has been extremely disappointing. Repeated concerns about the community—ranging from maintenance issues to general upkeep—have gone unaddressed for extended periods of time. Communication is inconsistent at best, and follow-ups are often ignored. Despite multiple requests and clear documentation of issues, there has been little to no action taken. Common areas are not being properly maintained, and it’s evident that accountability is lacking. Homeowners are left feeling unheard and unsupported, which is unacceptable given the fees we pay. An HOA management company should prioritize the well-being of the community and respond in a timely, professional manner. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Significant improvement is needed in communication, responsiveness, and overall management.
