  Brad is an awesome property manager. He is very professional. Whenever we had a problem that need fixing he was right on top of it. I Would highly recommend him as a property manager.

  Brad does an excellent job managing our property. Correspondence is timely and communication is excellent. I own a large home in the Riverside area and previously managed it myself. Brad got it rented within a week and he is on top of it. No regrets.

  Brad has been an outstanding property manager. As is this is the first property I have listed, I researched area property management companies thoroughly and PMI Riverside came out on top. Brad was a pleasure to work with through the negotiation phase and worked diligently to find properly vetted tenants. Any repair issues that have come up are handled quickly and professionally by the contractors that Brad recommends at very reasonable rates. Our current tenants pay promptly. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Brad to anyone looking for a Property Manager.
