  We highly recommend Brad from PMI Riverside. Brad has been professional and easy to work with. He is attentive when it comes to answering phone calls and consistently responded to our many questions. He was supportive when we needed guidance and always returned phone calls. In addition, we found Brad to be very organized as he rented our property very quickly and for top dollar. More importantly, PMI Riverside used discernment in carefully selecting a well qualified tenant. We found Brad to be well prepared to face all of the legal issues involved in renting a home. We especially appreciated how Brad made the process smooth and drama free. Brad showed the home to qualified tenants, provided us with the appropriate legal documents and completed the very detailed walk-through.   Brad has been an outstanding property manager for the property I rented in Riverside for more than 2 years. He protects the interest of both the tenant and the owner. If you are looking for a property manager, I would highly recommend him!
