  It’s a shame that such a beautiful apartment complex is managed so poorly. I lived here in 2022 and left my apartment in excellent condition. Despite having photos and documentation proving the unit was spotless when I moved out, my security deposit was still withheld without justification. What’s even more frustrating is that after the financial hardship this situation caused, management is now contacting me years later over an alleged $50 “debt.” The lack of professionalism, fairness, and basic customer respect is disappointing. A property this nice deserves management that is reasonable, transparent, and treats residents with dignity. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

  The staff and maintenance are the nicest people and so helpful. Definitely best care I’ve had at an apartment by far.

  Extremely unprofessional, I booked a tour two days in advance and I was driving all the way from Orange County. They text me 3 to 4 times a day called me 3 to 4 times a day. I confirmed the appointment with them the day before by text message in an hour before my appointment time they canceled my appointment very unprofessional.

  Compared to all the apartment tours I’ve done recently, Jonnae’s tour at Metro Gateway truly stood out. She was professional, welcoming, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, which made me feel confident and well taken care of throughout the process. You can tell she genuinely cares about residents and the community. Larry the maintenance manager was also incredibly kind and helpful, which says a lot about the team as a whole. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you both!
