  I’ve always been ok with how this property has been managed for years but when it comes to the constant reports of break ins from neighbors and now my vehicle was ravaged through and nothing is done about homeless having unlimited access to our complex because the gates always seem to be down and take weeks to fix. You go to throw trash out and everything that was in the trash is scattered all over the floor and when something is broken into management says we need to have police pull footage for cameras and go through an entire process with that is ridiculous. The cameras probably don’t even work! I can go to Starbucks and ask them for footage of someone hitting a car and they would have a better attitude getting it with a smile not questioning me on what I’m saying is even true.

  It’s a shame that such a beautiful apartment complex is managed so poorly. I lived here in 2022 and left my apartment in excellent condition. Despite having photos and documentation proving the unit was spotless when I moved out, my security deposit was still withheld without justification. What’s even more frustrating is that after the financial hardship this situation caused, management is now contacting me years later over an alleged $50 “debt.” The lack of professionalism, fairness, and basic customer respect is disappointing. A property this nice deserves management that is reasonable, transparent, and treats residents with dignity. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

  The staff and maintenance are the nicest people and so helpful. Definitely best care I’ve had at an apartment by far.

  Extremely unprofessional, I booked a tour two days in advance and I was driving all the way from Orange County. They text me 3 to 4 times a day called me 3 to 4 times a day. I confirmed the appointment with them the day before by text message in an hour before my appointment time they canceled my appointment very unprofessional.

  Worst Experience in my life. They assigned us the wrong parking spot. Our vehicle was towed ($400). In addition the guy that towed our vehicle nonchalantly admitted that our management gets kick backs ($2000 monthly) to sign off on towing of vehicles in our community. Unfortunately there is a homeless problem in the area due to location and proximity to Metrolink station. We had fecal matter smeared all over the welcome area ground and the side walls next to our door. We've been over charged several times since being here. And when we tried to get the over charge ($10-$50 here and there) resolved it wasn't; instead we were charged rolling late fees ($80) for not paying the overcharge. So that way you are alway behind on rent so they can charge (+$80 every month). They require you to have valet trash service ($25) but trash never gets picked up. We've had several amazon packages stolen from our doorstep while we have been tenants, so if you stay here you should use the package storage service, at you guessed it, an additional fee. On our renewal the rent hike was $200 more monthly. Basically the property management company they are in the business of making money and that's pretty much it. This is common practice in the housing industry but they definitely take it to another level here. Would not recommend, rent at your own risk. Good Luck.
