  So, we never completed the lease signing, and went with something else, as it was apparent that the lease process was stuck somewhere and wasn’t being resolved. Meanwhile, the automation for the application and lease process that we’d been put through now has me permanently loaded up with two new sources of daily email spam, congratulating me on my new neighborhood, etc.

  I’ve been living here for about 2 months now and my experience has been great so far! It’s a quiet and small community with modern and new buildings. My unit is spacious, updated, and most importantly can be decently cool even without the AC turned on during hot weather somehow! The staff on site have been wonderful, as they are both supportive and receptive. Jessica has really made sure the community members are heard and always acknowledges that any concerns we may have are valid and addressed. On site staff support have been always helpful as well, making sure any issues that arise on the property or in our apartment are addressed as needed! The price overall is competitive compared to other communities as well, making this new community a great option at the price point being offered. It is right across from a shopping plaza with a Chase bank, restaurants, grocery store, and more, making things very convenient. It is also very safe at night, as the property is well-lit and every tenant has their own semi-private entrance that they use before entering their own unit. Will definitely continue living here!

  I just moved in to Canyon Bluffs and the whole experience has been amazing. We met with Jessica on our visit and her professionalism and ability to make my wife and I feel like we were at home was exceptional. Jessica and Jasmine both made the process easy and stress free. We are excited and grateful to be new residents at Canyon Bluffs.
