  Libby is God sent I lived here years ago, she always made sure any unwanted people hanging around was confronted and dealt with, this place is safe and a wonderful community because of her the wait on the list is well worth it !!

  Neighbors are very sweet and kind management not so much. Libby was very unprofessional rude claiming to be a follower of Christ but her fruits of character where evil she harassed me all the time and picked on me for no reason I kept to myself don’t see no reason for her behavior towards me very miserable lady. No one should ever treat people in this manor especially a professional in management. But I kept my sane and God blessed me with a better place and lovely management where am at. Wouldn’t recommend it here especially with her running it she took forever to send out maintenance on things that needed fixing. Mold was in my apartment along with it in garage.

  Shortest waiting list I have been on every where else a minimum of a year. Libby the manager is amazing always so nice and welcoming. when i need something fixed its taken care of asap AND the right way not the cheap way! Very involved in the community and often have events for the residents BBQ, back to school,drives,yard sales, etc.
